The document (Reg. No. 2696) suggests supplement the current Code with provisions according to which nature reserves, biosphere reserves, national parks and botanical gardens of national significance should be exempt from paying for damages if their land plots were taken away from state-owned enterprises, institutions and organizations and given them for permanent use.
According to the people’s deputies, the adoption of the document will help the nature reserve fund institutions obtain the right to use land plots, reduce overexpenditure of budget funds and corruption.
